For iPhone Users (Apple Health Priority)
- Open the Apple Health app.
- Go to Browse > Activity > Steps.
- Scroll to the very bottom and tap Data Sources & Access.
- Tap Edit (top right).
- Under "Data Sources," drag your Watch/Garmin to the top of the list.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why aren't my steps updating?
Synqle doesn't run in the background to save battery. To update: Sync your watch to your phone first, then open Synqle and tap the Sync button.
Can I join without a smartwatch?
Yes! You can use your phone as a tracker (ensure it is connected to Apple Health or Health Connect), or you can use the Manual Entry feature in the app to log your activity.
Does Synqle track my GPS location?
No. We only read the step count and total distance numbers. We do not access your maps or location history.
